1. General Policy
All payments made towards course fees, registration, and other institutional services are considered final and non-refundable, except under circumstances explicitly mentioned below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
a. Program Cancellation by Institute
If a course or program is canceled by Avish Educom before commencement, students will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
b. Withdrawal Before Course Start
- Requests for withdrawal made 7 days before the start of the course may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative deduction (typically 10–20%).
c. Withdrawal After Course Start
- No refund will be issued after the commencement of the course, workshop, or module, regardless of attendance.
d. Duplicate Payment
- If a student is charged more than once for the same transaction, the excess amount will be refunded upon verification.
3. Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund request:
- Email your request to [Insert Refund Email] with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Full Name]”.
- Include the following in your email:
- Full Name
- Course/Program Name
- Payment Details (Transaction ID, Date, Amount)
- Reason for Refund Request
- Proof of Payment (screenshot or receipt)
- Our team will review the request and respond within 7–10 business days.
4. Refund Mode & Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card).
- Avish Educom is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
5. Non-Refundable Components
- Registration fees, admission charges, administrative fees, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Fees for events, certification exams, or short-term workshops are also non-refundable unless canceled by the institute.
6. Special Circumstances
In case of severe personal emergencies (medical or family crises), students may request a refund or credit transfer. Such cases will be evaluated individually and require valid documentation.
